The Stairway to Devon Web Directory is provided as an information resource for Devon residents and visitors, and an advertising resource to residents, businesses, clubs and organisations located in Devon, or having regional services for residents, businesses or visitors of the county. 

Membership

You don't need to register as a member to add your website to this directory.  But if you do register, you will also be able to edit your listings in future, add your events to our calendar, contribute book listings to our Devon Books section, publish your own e-cards, and submit your news or press releases to our Members' News page . 

Please note that as members are able to update their own listings, they are also responsible for ensuring that links in their listings are maintained in working order.

Special features for artists and environmental groups

Members of our directory who are Devon artists and non-profit Devon environmental groups are entitled to free publication and setup of their e-cards on our website. Members can add a gallery of up to 20 images to their detailed listing pages, and artists and photographers may also publicise their images in our Featured Artist spot (in the top right corner of each page), linking to their website and a page highlighting each month's featured Devon artists . Members who are authors or publishers of books with a Devon connection are welcome to contribute details of their books free of charge to our Devon Books section.

Free listings and paid features

Basic listings are free if you link back to our home page, and include a full page detailed listing with your description, contact details, a link to get directions a main picture, shown at 150 pixels wide, and an image gallery. You can add an icon or logo to highlight your entry among the others in the list (shown at 80 pixels square in the category listings), or opt to use a Devon flag instead (or nothing).  Listings may be submitted in up to 5 categories.  Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
