Our full ensuite twin and double rooms offer superb west facing views across the Exe Estuary. We also offer that rare treasure: a cosy single room with full facilities and an ensuite bathroom. Carberry Lodge has a relaxed atmosphere: breakfast is cooked to order, and you will be able to come and go with your own keys.

A short distance from the M5 motorway and Exeter Airport, you'll find Exmouth is an unspoilt traditional Devon seaside town. Exmouth's sandy beaches are great for relaxing, while the River Exe offers watersports including sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, fishing, and diving. The River Exe is popular with birdwatchers, and there are frequent boat trips from Exmouth marina, including scenic Jurassic Coast cruises and birdwatching tours of the Exe Estuary.

Exmouth is also an ideal base for touring the pretty scenery of the East Devon countryside. Artists will find many places to paint, while gardeners will enjoy exploring nearby Bicton Park and the many beautiful gardens of Devon and Cornwall. Antiques enthusiasts will enjoy the many local markets and antique shops in the area, as well as regular antiques fairs at Westpoint Exhibition Centre. Back at the beach, Exmouth's Jurassic Coast, with its distinctive red cliffs, is a popular starting point for walking the stunning Jurassic Coast section of the South West Coastal Footpath. With so many outings available, we are happy to provide our guests with a packed lunch if required.
