Self-contained annex wing of Upcott Squire House, a stone fronted 1880's farmhouse situated in the very heart of the North Devon countryside.

Upcott Squire House and annex is set in 24 acres of lawns, farmlands, woods and wildlife ponds, where guests are free to roam at will.

The guest accomodation is in a self contained annex , next to the house, sleeping 2/4 people. The annex has one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and toilet. There is a large living room offering spectacular views of the North Devon farmlands, complete with Sky TV, DVD Player, CD Stereo and double bed settee.

The open plan kitchen/ diner has an electric cooker, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

One small, well behaved dog is welcome!

 Prices for a weeks stay depend on the season ranging from £215-£430 .
