Hazel is a fully trained Nutritional Therapist having trained under Patrick Holford at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London.

She became interested in nutrition after a change of diet helped her to recover from Crohn’s Disease. Hazel practises from the Lewis Healthcare Centre in Exmouth, Devon. She specialises in treating digestive problems such as IBS, colitis and Crohn’s.

Many conditions can respond to a nutritional approach including fatigue, PMT, COPD, headaches and allergies.

Hazel works with the patient to devise a practical and sustainable diet and supplement programme.

Hazel is also available to give training and talks on nutrition and health.
