Members of the Devon Family History Society (DFHS) will be on hand at the Devon Record Office on Thursday 8 July to offer advice and help tracing family histories

Members of the public are invited to pre book a 45 minute slot with a member from the DFHS between 10am and 3pm, to find out how to use popular websites including www.ancestrylibrary.com as well as more about accessing written records in the Record Office.

Councillor Roger Croad, Cabinet Member responsible for the Devon Record Office said: "This is a great opportunity to visit the Devon Record Office for an informal chat and receive some valuable help with family history research."
